The Etiquette for coplay Photographer

First of all, for most of the activities, large crowd is of a common scene. For the cosplayers and photographers, they don’t need to go to the stage to take their pictures for most occasions. In other words, they don’t need to take photos in place where people gather, so that it is impossible to manage entirely the photographing environment of cosplay. The order also can only be kept by the photographers, which represent one thing that the self-discipline of photographers for keeping good photographing environment is of an important work.

No photographing in display area is one of that common sense. It is very selfish and lacking of consideration of other visitors when you are taking pictures in the display area under such crowded situation. Once you set a natural barrier, large traffic jam for other visitors appears and it is a very unfriendly action for others.

As for the equipments, photographers are not going to take those of raising doubts. When photographers take heavy equipments, please pay attention to your personal safety, not being hurt by those horses, or feel not so comfortable by the giant flash lamp appearing suddenly in front of you.

Before you take photos, you should get the permission for taking photos. It is very impolite to take photos without permission. Besides, don’t ask the cosplayers to act those poses that they don’t want or somewhat dangerous ones. Please take respect to the cosplayers, for cosing is a tough work. If the cosplayers are not fully prepared and not feel good, please do not disturb them.

Most cosers will concern where their photos go. If you are going to use those photos on other places, websites for example, you should ask the cosplayers’ will. If they don’t want, you’d better not to open their photos. By the way, when you ask, you’d better told the cosplayers what those webs are and their using.
